Team Bremner Mail Club items are sent via standard postal mail (snail mail) within Australia.

Processing & Dispatch

Mail Club orders are processed and sent once per month. Subscriptions received after the monthly cut-off may be included in the following month’s mail-out.

Delivery Timeframes

As all items are sent via standard post, delivery times may vary depending on location. Please allow 5–10 business days from dispatch for delivery, noting that international,  regional and remote areas may take longer.

Tracking

Mail Club and smaller items are sent as untracked mail. Once posted, delivery is handled by Australia Post, and delays can occasionally occur.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your mailing address is correct and up to date at the time of subscription. Team Bremner is not responsible for items lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Delayed Mail

While we do our best to ensure all mail arrives safely, Team Bremner cannot guarantee delivery timeframes for standard post. If your mail hasn’t arrived within a reasonable timeframe, feel free to contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
